Robert Lee Howze, Jr. (b. March 23, 1903, Washington, D.C.-d. Apr. 14, Monterey, Calif.), U.S. Army officer, graduated from West Point in 1925 and later was an instructor at the Academy from 1931 to 1935. During World War II, he served with the 3rd Armored Division.
